Gym Charges in sector 71, Mohali

Yesterday I got the quotation of a gym in sector 71, mohali. It was asking for 1500 for strength training and 2000 including Cardio. It is looking overpriced to me. I just moved to sector 71 so I am not familiar with the rates. Is the above rates right? Which gym should I join?
