Today my 2 months old baby got rear-ended :(

The pain and agony l'm going through today is immeasurable. 😭 I drive really carefully as I know streets are filled with idiots. Today got rear ended by a Bullet guy at the speed of just 25Kmph. I think he wasn't attentive and didn't apply brakes as he was busy talking to pillion rider. When I asked for some sort of resolution/compensation, they started to play the victim game that they got hurt due to my mistake of braking immediately at high speed. Where as I have a front only dashcam and my speed was around 25kmph when 1 braked. I get so disheartened by these morons acting like they're the victims after rear ending someone because of their own carelessness. At the end I registered a police complaint and got rear skid plate changed at cost of Rs 2143 from Nexa Service + Hell lot of psychological cost 🥲
