Minor careless driving

The guy in the picture is apparently his friend, someone please find out about this guy’s friend and complain to police about it, kids like these drive recklessly and that’s very much visible in the way he is holding the steering wheel. As a minor myself I know how these b*tches drive like a*sholes, please do take action if someone can 🙏🏻
