Cancelled car booking due to poor customer service, booked at another showroom with 10K higher

Had a horrible experience with Crown Honda. We took a booking of Honda Elevate but the salesman wanted us to pay 2 lakh cash to lock the price and wasn't even available at the agreed upon time. After waiting for half an hour, my patience was up and I cancelled the booking on spot because if they are so unprofessional just after the booking, can't imagine the experience in the long term
