At what price should I buy this car?

Swift Dezire Vxi 2010 model DL registered. With 227000 km on the odo. The condition from outside is just passable. But the engine is smooth, I like how it drives. Tires have done 30k. I think they are good for another 15k. Battery is also 2 years old.
