Allowed to pass toll gate without paying because of long queue

Was going towards lucknow , arrived at Dakhina shekhpur toll plaza. There was half a km long queue at toll plaza. Suddenly cars started moving in my queue rather quickly, I anticipated everyone had their fastag recharged. To my funking surprise, toll gates were opened and all the cars were allowed to pass for free. Mother funking surprising moment, that government is following rules
