Today I travelled through Dwarka Expressway and Estern Peripheral Expressway and experienced the worst fog condition, I was not able to see vehicles just 10 meters before me and to make it worse, there were trucks without any brakelight and hazard lights driving on the right most lane. Expect some bad news of cars piling up today. P.S : took the above video from my home in Noida once I reached.
