Why Honda has not crash tested Elevate yet? It's been nearly 2 years!

I was trying to convince a friend to go with Elevate rather than his preferred choice of Creta as it is likely be a safer option. His argument boiled down to Creta having radar based ADAS (more important in foggy/polluted North Indian winter weather). Plus what is the guarantee that Elevate will actually turn out to be safer as everyone is assuming. Amaze did score 2 star in Global NCAP for adult and 0 star for child safety. I remember some executive from Honda saying that they are confident that Elevate will score 5 star in NCAP. But, why are they not sending the car for testing?! It's been almost 2 years since the launch.
