Dashcam Position in Car

Hey all, my dashcam is positioned like this inside the car, I believe it is somewhat tilted. The footage also confirms this. I got it installed from a local shop. I told the guy to use the electrostatic films before attaching the mount but he didn't listen. Me being a newbie, didn't argue much. Please tell me if there is any way to remove the mount and reposition the camera again. Also suggest the best position to have the best view.
