Bike hit my car sideways.

So yesterday night, bike jumped a signal and hit my car sideways. Surprisingly from the impact only driver door handle got damaged and car tyre got blown with a big hole. Now running on spare tyre and need to replace the tyre. Chatgpt says that as the tyre got damaged by accident and not because of wear and tear, even without "tyre protection add on", i can claim for the new tyre. Is this true? I might have dashcam footage as a proof(need to check).
