Two Bollywood adaptations of a Hollywood Classic, I personally liked. (Romance) Ok, first of all its my personal list, I won't talk about all the adaptations but two of them I loved the most 1) Love Story: If you think, Titanic is the most tragic love story in Hollywood, Do watch this movie. Now talking of it's adaptations in Bollywood - Ankhiyon ke Jharokhon se: This is a very well made movie by Rajshri productions, the tear jerking moments are very authentic plus music works as a catalyst (the title track itself has a feeling of Melancholy in it). The... 3 7 replies

Do you think Saif does the urban romcom role better than others? Yesterday, I re-watched Hum Tum after a long time. Great movie. Rani was excellent as usual. But, Saif matched her very well. It made me think that whenever I saw Saif in a post-2000 movie in a romcom or urban hero role, his acting feels more real and relatable than others, including other Khans, Ajay Devgan, and Hrithik etc. Whether it's Dil Chahta Hai, Kal Ho Na Ho, Hum Tum, Salaam Namaste, Love Aaj Kal, or Cocktail. It's not that he only acts well but he also feels very... 5 0 replies
What do you think about Panga (2020 and where did it went wrong in your opinion? So, I watched Panga. It was a good movie. Here are some observations. 1- Kangana, Jassi Gill, and the little kid were phenomenal. 2- I can understand why Kangana won the national award. She really made you feel for her character's struggles. 3- Jassi Gill was great. Why have I never see positive posts on his acting in this movie? His role was of a gentle and soft man and had not a lot of scope for monologues or acting with more range but he did that role really... 1 0 replies
help me find this movie(I think ?) this is a long shot. tbh I'm not even sure if this is an actual movie, or a weird ad, or a gag for a show or WHAT 😭 a while back, I was chanel surfing and stumbled across a scene with shahrukh khan. he was standing in front of a car or jeep, and it looked like someone off-screen was asking him some questions, maybe an interview? I think this was late 90s - 2000s SRK. it seemed like he was playing himself, not a character. suddenly a... 1 0 replies

This is what was missing in Chhaava .A good background score to elevate the heroics shown on screen Out Of all the complains I have from the movie one of the biggest is it's lousy bg score . Rahman fked up big time in Chhaava. Neither the background score nor the songs felt like they belonged to that movie and it's time period . Extremely forgettable 1 0 replies
