Chameleons like Ranveer Singh

I am not Ranveer’s fan or anything, just genuinely curious if there are other actors like Ranveer who look, act and speak (voice and dialect) like the role they are playing? Ranveer has done it multiple times with 83, Khilji, Gully Boy etc. I think Vicky Kaushal comes very close with Sardar Udham, Sam Manekshaw etc. Are there others who can do this effortlessly specially dialect?
