why can't they make modern movies where they capture the essence of mumbai like this anymore from an urban POV

watched this movie few months ago in theatres felt it's modern and relatable and urban than current movies bollywoods putting out. if bollywoods gon stick to release 3 hour glossy tik tok videos then the end of bollywood is near
