Saying " Bihari people are hardworking " is problematic.

I might get a lot of criticism for this post but what I'm saying might not be a fact. It's just an opinion and observation so please correct me if I'm wrong instead of any personal attack. I think saying " Biharis are hardworking " is a hastily generalized, binary, and circumstanical statement. Why? Let me explain. 1. Biharis work hard, harder than the rest of the people, if fact, till they don't have money and a government job. Once they get both, all their hardwork ceases to exist. If we'd the same work ethics that we had while preparing for the competitive exam in our sarkari posts, Bihar would not have been miserable. Teachers sleep in their schools, officers take extended lunch breaks. So, it's a circumstanical statement. 2. Because Bihar doesn't have a massive party culture or the money to afford that, an average Bihari is supposed to focus on studies/work for the passing of time. Let's say Bihar had clubs and bars in every city (we assume alcohol is legal), or any other hangout options and people had money to afford going there, would our young population not have spent time there like a Punjabi or Mumbai 22 years old does? Currently, we have Instagram reels (not even remotely close to Clubs in terms of entertainment in my personal opinion) and I see our people spending endless amount of time watching them. One distraction is enough to defy the hardworking generalization. 3. When we move outside for work or industries, we're often insecure about our jobs which is why we end up working for 10 hours, instead of 8. Again, this is a generalization, i accept so correct me if I'm wrong. My point is, why don't we overwork when we've a govt job? Because we know our job is secure no matter what. Why do we overwork in a private job? Because we know we're replaceable. The insecurity makes us do things. 4. Of course, there are numerous examples of hardworking Biharis. Pankaj Tripathi, Manoj Bajpayee, Late Sushant Singh Rajput, and so to say the least. But these are exceptions. They applied the human traits of " constantly refining their crafts or skills ", like, say a Virat Kohli from Delhi, a Diljit Dosanjh from Punjab, or a Sachin Tendulkar from Maharashtra did. I don't think it's a particularly " Bihari " trait. There could be people, genuinely hardworking to achieve their goals. And there could be people very lazy and circumstantially hardworking. Therefore, the statement doesn't apply to all the Biharis.
