What is exactly the situation in Bihar rn? I'm from Bihar , currently studying at Odisha for past 9 years( did my high school as well). Past few days , read several posts on "gangwar". Don't know what the police is doing. So, If anyone knows what is the actual power dynamics in Bihar rn?
