To get appointment here you need to be present here before 6 AM and your turn comes after 1-2 months. Then you need to be present here before 7 AM to pay the fees and to get your **history** made. After that the doctor will come to the clinic but guess what? He comes after 7 PM in the evening and you are tied here for the whole day. Sir, the people comes to you not only from Patna but the whole bihar. Please think about their time. It's difficult to reach Patna that early in the morning and then be useless for the rest of the day. People have work to attain to.
