Computer Shop In Bihar

I'm from Khagaria and looking to build a PC for video editing. Can you recommend any good places, even outside Khagaria( it would be better if it's nearby ), where I can get it built at a reasonable price? Also i don’t want to get scammed because I don’t have much knowledge about PCs and laptops, and I’ve never bought one before. Budget 50-60k [ No promotions !! ]
