Bihar's equivalent to "Kerala is not India saar"

So I saw this post on Twitter where a white supremacist was being ignorant and defaming whole India, apparently some Bihari was supporting this white supremacist. Now some of you all might say that "Indians are treated the some way how other Indians treat Biharis" such statements are baseless and can be countered very easily with facts. But what's the logic behind siding with a white supremacist who considers white race to be the only superior race and other races to be inferior. Do some Biharis think that white supremacists will have a soft corner towards them ? Or when they hate India they actually exclude Bihar in it and mean to target other 28 states ?
