Are there any other Americans in Bihar? Specifically Patna.

I'm a 27 year old American moving to Patna, Bihar for an 18 month contract. I'm working for a pretty good company, and might stay on site permanently after my 18 month contract, provided I give the results. I move to Patna in mid March. Anything I should know? How long have you been there? What did you find hardest adjusting to?
