Bihar, despite being economically underperforming state, producing man power for every field be it technology, manufacturing, civil administration. And Bihar is equally great market for Entertainment Industry. I think Allu Arjun is the only one who recognised it and released the trailer of Biggest Pan India film at Patna. I don’t think of any Bollywood film which is released at Patna.
