This might sound like a joke but hear me out-- what if I become CM of Bihar.
This may sound like a joke to you, but I genuinely believe that Bihar needs someone who is good at planning and strategy to develop it properly. So, I was thinking—what if I became CM one day? Hii...I am from Bihar, currently doing my engineering from Delhi. I know it’s nearly impossible for a simple, introverted person like me, especially when I don’t have any political background. But that didn’t stop me from imagining a Bihar that could actually compete with top states in India in terms of development. So, here’s my dream plan if I ever get the chance to lead Bihar: A New Modern City Beside Patna Well-planned city with good infrastructure, skyscrapers, office buildings. 24/7 electricity, high-speed internet, and a proper drainage system (no more waterlogging in monsoons!). Tech parks & startup hubs to attract companies and create jobs. World-Class Education for Bihar Students At least five international-standard engineering & medical colleges (85% seats reserved for Bihar students). Curriculum designed as per industry needs, not outdated syllabus. Coding & AI training centers to make Bihar a hub for IT talent. Waste Management & Environmental Reform Five waste recycling plants in industrial districts like Patna, Muzaffarpur, Buxar, Barauni to tackle pollution. Solar power plants in every district to ensure 24/7 electricity. Large-scale tree plantations & green spaces in cities. Superfast Transport & Connectivity Rapid Rail Metro connecting all districts for easy travel. Expressways & ring roads for better road transport. Bridges over the Ganges to reduce congestion in Patna. New international airport in Gaya or Bhagalpur. Healthcare Revolution AI-based government hospitals with free treatment for the poor. Priority hospitals for top taxpayers (because they deserve recognition). Telemedicine services for villages where doctors are less available. Boost to Industry & Economy Special Economic Zones (SEZs) to attract major industries. Film City in Bihar for Bollywood & regional cinema. Cold storage & warehousing to stop crop wastage & help farmers. Law, Order & Governance Reforms Strict anti-corruption laws with AI-based monitoring of government schemes. Special anti-crime task force for quicker response. Women safety patrols in cities & rural areas. I know this is all just a wild dream, but hey, someone has to think big, right? If Bihar can dream of becoming India’s next big growth state, why not start somewhere? What do you guys think? What would you add or change in this vision?4
