Jio or airtel fibre? Which one is better in terms of reliability in patna?

I am using airtel fibre. Recently they stopped giving a @@@@ about customer service. Its has happened 3 times within last month that my internet is not working for more than a day and they are not taking any action and I am not able to reach out to them. Thinking of switching to jio. What's your opinion?
