Emptyness and loneliness in Patna

I'm 18M from Patna studying Unacademy for Jee . I gave my exam yesterday and it didn't go well . Two years in a single room studying day and night.In this City there is no scope of making friends except coaching and i can't make friends bcz I'm very introverted person. I Just feel bored of my life . I don't know what to do when I feel lonely. I feel like I've turned 18 and i think I've done nothing till now and i feel ashamed of myself . Every i wake up , my day starts with hating myself. Please suggest what to do to get over this self-hate and emptyness...
