I supported Vivian in TTF task, but he just changed whole tonality

Why did Vivian accuse Chum of coming to him only after he gave the TTF? I mean, Vivian was the one repeatedly approaching Chum, and she didn't want to talk to him, it's her choice if she didn't want to. She agreed to talk only because Shilpa and Shrutika asked her to.
