How to register a new business in Bangalore?

Step 1: Apply for the DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) and DIN (Director Identification Number) of all directors.

Step 2: Fill Part-A of the SPICe+ form to reserve the company name on the MCA website.(https://www.mca.gov.in/content/mca/global/en/home.html)

Step 3: Fill company details in Part-B of the SPICe+ form.

Step 4: File the eMOA and eAOA.

Step 5: Fill the AGILE-PRO form for bank account opening and registration of EPFO, ESIC, GSTIN, and professional tax (if applicable).

Step 6: Upload the required documents.

Step 7: Submit the filled SPICe+ form on the MCA website, attaching the DSC of the proposed director and declaration by a professional.

Step 8: Pay the company registration fees and ROC stamp duty on the MCA website, generating the challans.

Step 9: The CRC will process the application and forward it to the ROC when all documents are proper.

Step 10: The ROC will register the company and issue the Company Incorporation Certificate, PAN, and TAN of the company.
