Phase 2: IIM Bangalore WAT& PI
Phase 2 of the IIM Bangalore selection process includes two stages:

  1. Written Ability Test (WAT): Selected Candidates will have to appear for WAT. It is a 30-minute essay writing test on topics from economic & business affairs, Socio-political, sports, etc.
  2. Personal Interview (PI): In the PI round, candidates will be evaluated on the basis of their communication ability, academic background, quality of work experience, and other personal traits.

During the PI, all candidates will have to provide two reference letters from teachers in the academic institution where they’ve studied previously or from their employers. These reference letters will be used in further evaluation of the candidate.
