How to apply for a duplicate voter ID card in Bangalore?
Step 1: Visit the official website of the Chief Electoral Officer, Karnataka.(https://ceo.karnataka.gov.in/en)
Step 2: Look for the 'Forms' or 'Downloads' section on the website.
Step 3: Download Form EPIC-002, which is the application form for a duplicate voter ID card.
Step 4: Fill in the required details in the application form, such as your name, address, electoral constituency, and reason for applying for a duplicate card.
Step 5: Attach a recent passport-sized photograph to the application form.
Step 6: Prepare a copy of any identification proof documents, such as Aadhaar card, passport, or driving license.
Step 7: Submit the filled application form along with the necessary documents to the nearest Electoral Registration Office or Voter Facilitation Center.
