How to apply for a building plan approval in Bangalore?

Step 1: Visit the Building Plan Approval System website.(https://bpas.bbmpgov.in/BPAMSClient4/Default.aspx)

Step 2: Fill in the required details and submit property records and drawings online.

Step 3: Pay the scrutiny/processing charges online (5% of license fee).

Step 4: Download the Receipt/Acknowledgement for reference.

Step 5: Allow site inspection by an engineer.

Step 6: Verify the submitted documents and drawings.

Step 7: Receive approval or rejection from the competent authority.

Step 8: Issue of Demand Note for payment of the requisite fee.

Step 9: Submit the requisite fee.
