Which one is the true fckin' Iyengar's bakery?

I have long since known that there is a chain of famous Iyengar's bakery in Bangalore which are still run by the members of the original founder and the quality is impeccable just like that of Flurys in Kolkata, Kyani and Co. Mumbai and the likes of such. Now that I stay here, have seen that Bangalore is flooded with bloody fakes of Iyengar run by shitty ass people. CAN ANYONE SUGGEST WHICH ONE IS THE ORIGINAL? AND WHY THE FCK DO LOCALS ALLOW SUCH FAKES TO EXIST. IT IS A CULTURAL HERITAGE OF BANGALORE THAT SHOULD BE PROTECTED
