sky high price for tender coconut

Pretty much in Bengaluru, tender coconut is costing Rs 60 or above. What are the economics here? Is this artificial inflation or the prices really this high? For perspective, UP & Delhi, you get tender coconut for Rs 70 or higher and they actually purchase stuff from AP & TN.
