Should we be proud?

Kolkata (34:33 minutes), Bengaluru (34:10 minutes) and Pune (33:22 minutes) ranked second, third and fourth.” (Source: Inshorts) Bengaluru is in the 3rd position for the world’s worst traffic congestion. Should we be proud or concerned about it?
