Should I go for masters?

I am 25f, working as an engineer in finance. I am currently making 28 lakhs however I don’t feel very skilled technically but have developed interest(more like curiosity) in finance. I am totally lost in terms of what should I do next? I do not want to go for mba because people around me keep saying that it wouldn’t affect my income much. Should I go for masters? If yes then what options can I explore in India and abroad?
