Sexually harassed by founder of a service based organisation

The founder of a service based company has been charged of sexual harassment. The company had no POSH when the incident happened in a party in Bangalore. Now the company set in a POSH policy in place and they took in the complaint but since the complaint was against the founder it did not make sense. The case got pushed to LCC, and it seems this was the first case that the LCC got in years. The respondent however failed to appear in the LCC and went to the high court objecting the claims. Now there is a criminal case and two civil cases against the founder. The criminal case is as per the FIR lodged , there is one civil case in the high court and one more civil case against the company in the district court. Do you think we should go public with the company name and the founders?
