People so easily getting scammed on streets

People getting scammed so easily on road I was on evening walk and saw a young man paying money to group of people who ask if you know hindi, claim to have came to Bengaluru and lost money and not able to return back. I even gestured the boy and asked him to leave and come with me but he was so enthusiastic helping them, he saw me and ignored with weird expression. I feel sorry for him ,when he will see same group again some other day and realize the scam. He will never be able to help anyone again in real need.
