Opening a Neapolitan Pizza Café in HSR Layout on a Tight Budget

I’m planning to open a small café in HSR Layout, Bangalore, focusing on authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas. I’m passionate about cooking and can make great pizzas, but this is my first business, and I don’t have much capital to invest. One challenge is the high rent in the area, but I believe there’s potential because there aren’t many places offering truly authentic pizzas nearby. I want to keep the café authentic by using ingredients like freshly made mozzarella and San Marzano tomatoes for the sauces. If you know any places in Bangalore where I can source these ingredients affordably or have tips on starting a small café, I’d really appreciate your advice.
