Need someone to talk to

Hello Everyone, I am a male recently graduated and now working as a consultant in Deloitte who is heart broken. I really don’t know if this approach of mine would work or not but really wish that it works. Its been almost a year of my breakup and i am still not over from it and now i have inner urge to talk to a female so that i can get distracted from my thoughts. I really wish to go out and have food chill for sometime. Trying all these dating apps didn’t work for me and currently i am a working professional and also being an introvert i don’t get much of opportunities. Not expecting anything apart from a good friend. I wish it works cause i really need to overcome from my thoughts. A cry for help.
