Has anyone ever able to make their marriage registration card by applying online. The process is extremely painful, asking for class 10th details, school leaving certificate, and whatnot. Their interface is an abomination. They'll ask for esign multiple times and have some very weird requirements about the size of uploading photos: "2mb size and exactly m*n" dimensions.
