Is this a scam?

I am 19F who currently took my first drop year for the NEET examination.One day after I finished my coaching classes and I was waiting for a bus, a random dude stopped his vehicle (bike) on the main road and asked me “Akka do you have 150 Rs,I need to reach my office”. I told him that I’m waiting for a bus and that I didn’t carry any cash.Then he continued to ask me if I had gpay or phone pay which I told I didn’t have (I actually didn’t have gpay or phone pay).Then he left. I feel bad that I couldn’t help him or was he just trying to scam me.I’m unsure.Any opinions?
