Illegal conversion of residential property into a playground in Kengeri

Namaste! This is a callout for desperate help. The property next to mine (30\*40) has been purchased by an apartment developer who has converted it into a playground. The property lies between two plots mine to the left where I have currently built a 3 floor independent house the other side its still a vacant property. The apartment residents have created a nuisance by converting it into a multipurpose ground like playing holi, badminton, cricket, volley ball, throwball and whatnot. The property was supposed to be a rear entrance into the apartment complex which was eventually converted to a playground by enclosing with metal fence and plastic sheets. Since me an my family are working from home the noise they create has become unbearable and I had to approach the police for help. We filed a complaint with BBMP but to no avail. Can you guide me as to what I can do to put an end to this? Thank you
