HSRP Website Issue?

I booked HSRP number plate for my 2 wheeler through bookmyhsrp website. After multiple attempts, I was able to make the payment and book a slot to get it installed. I received the confirmation SMS for the same, and have been receiving timely updates as well via SMS. I thought of downloading the receipt, but everytime I click on Download option, the website just throws a 404. I have logged a complaint via the website but no response yet. Can I just show the SMS to the dealer on the day of installation, or is the receipt mandatory?
