Help With Witness Signatures Please

Hey guys, I'm kind of new to the city and am registering for GST as per my accountant's request. I've signed up for a virtual office, but their membership agreement requires two witness signatures (name, aadhaar number, phone number, and signature from each witness). The only problem is I'm alone in the city and have no one to ask to be the witnesses for the agreement. Even my landlord lives outside the country. There is no risk or anything, which can be verified with my accountant or the representative from the virtual office. I'm willing to offer a small amount of monetary compensation to help me out with this. Oh, and I'm in the Sarjapur area, so it would be great if the person was nearby.
