Furlenco relocation

Hi, I am relocating soon within Bangalore and I have few rental products from Furlenco which needs to be relocated. When I checked with customer support they mentioned that they do not provide relocation services but I can move my products anywhere within the city and later contact them to update the address details in the app. Has anyone else gone through this process? Is there a way to get Furlenco relocate it instead?
