Fake Service Centre for Home Appliances

So I Googled for IFB washing machine service number in Bangalore and the first number that popped up is 18002083345. I was in hurry so didn't pay much attention and called them up and they said they are IFB service centre. They sent a person immediately whose mobile number is 9739990786 and his name is Shakur. He took Rs. 1250/- for service and when I asked for bill he said it'll come on my mobile later, but it didn't come. Also, my machine's light is not working now so I am calling them up but both the numbers are not picking my call. I searched for IFB complaint number and got to know that 18002083345 is not their number and I have been scammed. Also the service visit charges were just Rs. 600. Although I am aware all the times but still got fooled this time. Please stay alert!
