CTA for communication professional in an agency

I am applying for a hybrid work senior associate position at an agency into communication and storytelling. They have clients like Amazon and work on their communication and storytelling. I have about 7 years experience in the field of communication in the capacity of training, academics, etc. I also have completed my PhD. What should be the expected CTA considering all these?
