Converting footpaths into private property

A lady who stays near my place used to stop people from parking near her home. She always start fights for silly reason and people back off from her because of her crude words. Now to stop people from walking she has converted it into her private property. When I went and enquired while she was constructing I was replied with your mother, father slangs. I don't have a Twitter account. Con someone please tweet it and tag BBMP? I'll post pics in comments. Edit: I have sent an email to BBMP. I thought construction was a bigger issue than parking since it's permanent, I have reported it. I can't keep reporting for every illegal parking. Rather than creating a new Twitter account, I thought those with more followers will be helpful.
