Cockroach in Food

Found a cockroach in my breakfast order from Hole in the wall Cafe, Nehuru Road, Bangalore. The state of outside food extremely pathetic with no action taken by authorities. Restaurants are going Scott free by offering refunds and saying sorry. A few days ago someone found a live worm in their Freshmenu order. is there anything i can do? apart from obviously not eating from that chain ever!
