Beware of Laundrokart

So I recently got my laundry done from Laundrokart and I was not at my home when they delivered after 3 days when I checked the clothes I found stains on my formal shirt, initially I thought it must be due to handling and I decided to wash it myself and grt it over with it, but after I washed it, I realize these are actually burnt marks, so Laundrokart literally burnt my shirt! I decided to reach out to them and their response was literally that regular wash & iron does not go through quality checks and asking to opt for premium laundry if I want my clothes to be handled with care. Please be aware if you’re sending your clothes to Laundrokart, as last month they also misplaced my pants and sent me someone else’s t-shirt and all this on express delivery TLDR; Laundrokart ruined my shirt and not doing anything about it and asking to opt for premium laundry if I want quality checks.
