ACT fibernet junction box installation

ACT ISP has requested permission from me to install it's junction box on my house (independent house) for branching out internet connection. This includes power drawn from my house and ISP has agreed to deduct the amount in my BESCOM bill. It also includes additional benefits (monthly subscription discount etc.) Please let me know your views if you have junction box installed, any disruption in electricity caused due to the junction box or any other issues that I should know before letting them install
