A Man Is Harassing Me with Disturbing Calls – Need Help

I need urgent advice. A man has been repeatedly calling me from the number +916374306079, and today, it escalated to something absolutely disgusting. He was moaning on the call and sounded like he was… you know… doing that while talking to me. I’m completely mortified and don’t know what to do. I’ve already blocked the number, but I’m worried he’ll use another one. Should I report this to the police? Has anyone else experienced something like this?
