Looking for a gated society before my baby moves to Bangalore

Hello lovely people of Bangalore, I’m looking to move into a gated society before my baby arrives in Bangalore around May 2025. He will be 6M by then. Currently staying near ORR in a standalone apartment, it’s way too dusty, crowded, and lacks amenities or open space for walks and leisure. I work in ETV, Kadubeesanahalli, so I’d prefer a place within 10 km from my office. Looking for a 2BHK in a gated community with basic amenities, ample space for evening walks, and better air quality (less dust). Budget is around 35k. I understand the budget is low but Im hopeful I will be able to find something even though it might be a bit away. Would be better area that’s family-friendly and has easy access to hospitals and other necessities. Would love some recommendations from those who’ve been in a similar situation or if you know your society has some vacant flats in this range. Thanks in advance.
